You can send us your original artwork file together with your instruction via email or we can also create an artwork design for you in case you need one.

We will check your artwork to ensure its printability. If any error is found, we will notify you and give suggestions on how to correct it.

We will send you a price quotation after the artwork is finalized.

You transfer the amount as per the details in our price quotation (We do not accept any deduction of transfer fees, bank charge, or any other related fees).

Production process takes approximately two weeks.

Once the production is completed, we will send you a notification email.

Order will be shipped as per your specified delivery method after your payment is received (Any deduction of transfer fees, bank charge, or any other related fees is not accepted).
