Can the digitally printed fabric be washed and ironed like normal fabric? Will the colors bleed/run?

Digital fabric printing is similar to industrial fabric printing on a smaller scale. Therefore the finished fabrics from digital printing process can be used as normal fabrics. The fabric dye ink we use is imported from the Company specializing in chemical and dyed stuff product manufacturing in Germany. These inks have been tested repeatedly and therefore you can be sure that they meet such international quality standards as AATCC (USA), JIS (Japan) and ISO (EU).

How does digital fabric printing differ from silk screening?

First, let us explain how digital fabric printing works. Printing through the digital system is similar to printing by the ink jet system but the inks are specially formulated for printing fabric. The advantage of digital printing is that printing can be done directly from an image/artwork file without having to make a screen stencil like silk screening process. Therefore, you can be confident that the proportions or details of your printed works are exactly the same as the original.

Digital printing can save time to spread the ink through the screen stencil and help customers to save costs on the stencil in case they decide not to place an order for full production after the sample is made. The customers will only have to pay for the printed sample whose charge rate is the same as finished products.

How much time do we take to deliver the product?

Based on your order size, it can take up to 5 business days on an average to produce the ordered fabric. Shipping may vary based on your location and express shipping availability. In case of non-express shipping, you may have to wait 5-10 days.

Can I return the fabric to get a refund?

Our exchange and return policies are very flexible, however, if your order has been put under printing, we can neither return it nor provide a refund. If you have received flawed product from our end or a damaged one, we’ll be more than happy to replace it.

Will my design be printed exactly as shown?

We at Fabric Printing focus solely on customer satisfaction and that includes getting your own designed printed on your chosen fabric. Whatever design you upload, the same will be printed from our end. Just make sure the image you send is in .jpg, .png or in .tiff format.

You can send us your design using cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer or simply via email.

How long the fabric printing will last?

You should not be worried about any wear on the fabric printing. It will last as long as any other printed stuff bought from any store. You can follow some basic washing instructions to avoid any premature damage.

How will I know if the printing is of the accurate color?

If you are unsure of the printing colors, we can provide you with a sample patch work of your design. The vividness you’ll get on the sample patch will give you a glimpse of your final product design.

We use softwares with full functioning license and printers which are calibrated to obtain icc profile colors, hence, every large or small piece of fabric we print, comes out exactly what we feed digitally.

Can I get photographs printed on the fabric?

You certainly can. All you need to do is to upload a photograph (preferably in high-quality) which you wish to get printed; the more DPI your image has the better your printing results will be.
